Turkey region PSN account compromised since 2024 email changed and support chat requires sign-in
My Turkey region PSN account was compromised . The attacker changed the sign in email, so I cannot reset the password or access 2-step verification.
I have proof of ownership, including receipts, PS5 serial number, payment details, and original email, but there is no dedicated PlayStation Turkey support account on X, and the support email provided does not work. The online chat also requires me to sign in before speaking with an agent.
PlayStation Turkey’s chat requires me to sign in before speaking with an agent, which is impossible.
Has anyone recovered a Turkey region PSN account?
