Could I mix Soy Flour with Gluten Flour to make Rotis/Chapatis?
Hello everyone. I am new to cooking and is someone who regularly works out. But due to the current LPG shortage in India, I can't get the required amount of protein from food since I cannot cook Tofu/Soy Chunks daily. Seitan require a lot of water to prepare and ready made ones are really expensive for a broke dude like me lol.
Other plant based sources like chikpeas and such are too caloric dense as I am currently cutting weight.
So I'm wondering if I could combine Soy Flour like this with Vital Wheat gluten to make chapatis/Rotis.
This would make my life so much easier but I've no idea if this would work. Could someone more experienced help me out.
