Any way to claim enemy missles and jets when occupying their city?

I got really excited when I saw Churchill (who has been a b!tch to me the entire game) guard his city that has 50 guided middles and 25 jets with one mech infantry, one marine and one infantry. However, after taking it over, it seems like his missles and jets just get destroyed or go away.

Any way to claim an every’s missles or planes?

Venting - drives me nuts when corporations don't spread

What's the rationale for it not being successful? I understand how some missionaries may fail to spread religion. But it drives me nuts when corporation executives fail to spread to other cities, and it's not because of a competing corp already in the city.

Sid Sushi Corp - why do I lose money when obtaining fish, clam or rice resources?

I have the HQ in my wall street city, and have spread it to all of my cities. Most of my cities have a courthouse. Yet whenever I obtain resources that it says I should, I end up losing more money per turn. It doesn't matter whether I'm using the Environmentalism or Free Market civic.

I assume it has to do with maintenance costs? But other than building courthourses in all my cities that have the corp, anything I can do to make the corporation worthwhile financially?
