PSA account sync bug? All post-grading action buttons disappeared across multiple orders
Hi guys
Has anyone experienced this recently?
Starting June 1st, all Partner Offer, Sell on eBay, and Send to Vault options disappeared from both my PSA app and PSA website across multiple completed grading orders.
I had accepted two offers shortly before this happened.
One order is also showing “Shipping to You” even though the order has not completed processing.
PSA AI support mentioned there may be a synchronization issue and escalated my case.
Curious if anyone else has experienced something similar.
