Solo female traveller: Turin → Rome → coast — where should I go next?

I’m a 29-year-old woman travelling solo in Italy and I’m trying to decide the next part of my trip.
I’m in Turin from August 18–20, and my current plan is to take the train to Rome on August 20 and stay there for two nights, until August 22.
After Rome, I’m thinking about going to Naples, but I’m not sure what to do after that.
What I really want from this trip is to see some beautiful blue water and spend some time swimming/relaxing by the sea. I’m not a big fan of very crowded places, so ideally I’d like somewhere that is still beautiful but a little quieter than the most touristy spots.
I’m travelling alone and I have a 20 kg suitcase, so I also need to be realistic about moving around. I don’t want to change hotels every night or be carrying my suitcase around the Amalfi Coast. I’d rather stay somewhere for a few nights and use it as a base for day trips.
At the moment I’m considering:
Aug 18–20: Turin
Aug 20–22: Rome
Aug 22 onward: Naples + somewhere on the coast
I’ve been looking at Sorrento, Capri, Amalfi Coast, Positano, Puglia, etc., but I’m having trouble deciding what actually makes sense in August.
If you were doing this trip solo, with a suitcase and without a car, where would you go after Rome?
My priorities are:
beautiful sea / swimming
reasonably easy by public transport
somewhere not completely packed
good for a solo traveller
staying in one base for a few nights rather than constantly moving
I’d especially appreciate recommendations from people who have actually travelled these areas in August. I’m happy to visit a crowded place for a day if it’s really worth seeing, but I don’t want my whole beach experience to be fighting through crowds.
Thanks!

29FAnyone from Rome or Italy who can recommend a local itinerary? 🇮🇹

Hi! I’m planning to spend about a week in Rome and I’d love to experience the city beyond the typical tourist itinerary.
I’m not really interested in just ticking off all the famous attractions. I’d love to experience Rome more like a local — neighbourhoods to wander around, authentic food, cafés, markets, pretty streets, parks, viewpoints, local hangouts, hidden gems, and places that tourists might usually miss.
If you’re from Rome or know the city really well, would you be willing to suggest a **week-long local itinerary**? I’d really appreciate recommendations for how you’d spend a week in your own city. ❤️

URGENT: International student falsely accused of forged foreign driver’s license at Regitra (Article 300, Sec. 2). Passport and TRP confiscated. Seeking legal advice and lawyer recommendations.

My friend non-EU international student living in Vilnius was accused of possessing and using a forged driver’s license after visiting Regitra. He was detained for 24 hours, became a suspect under Article 300, Section 2 of the Lithuanian Criminal Code, and his passport and Lithuanian Temporary Residence Permit (TRP) were confiscated as a precautionary measure. He has substantial evidence proving the license is genuine and is seeking advice on the legal process and lawyer recommendations.
Full Background
The student is a Pakistani national studying in Lithuania and working part-time. On July 8, he visited a Regitra branch in Vilnius regarding his driver’s license. During the process, a Regitra employee suspected that his Pakistani driver’s license might be forged and contacted the authorities.
Legal Situation
The Charge:
He is currently a suspect in a pre-trial investigation under Article 300, Section 2 of the Lithuanian Criminal Code, relating to the possession or use of a document believed to be forged.
The Detention:
He was held in a temporary detention facility for approximately 24 hours.
Confiscated Documents:
As a precautionary measure (kardomoji priemonė), investigators confiscated his physical Pakistani passport and Lithuanian Temporary Residence Permit (TRP). He was provided with paper copies but no longer has possession of the original documents.
Legal Representation:
A state-guaranteed lawyer was assigned during detention. However, the lawyer has largely advised him to wait for the police forensic examination of the driver’s license. Due to language barriers and concerns about the potential impact on his immigration status, he is seeking more proactive legal assistance.
Evidence Supporting His Innocence
The student maintains that the driver’s license is completely genuine and has already submitted the following evidence to the investigating officer:
Official Database Verification:
A screenshot and direct link from the official government driving license database in Pakistan showing that the license number is valid, active, and associated with his photograph.
Chronological Evidence:
Fourteen timestamped photographs documenting the process of obtaining the license, including:
Attendance at traffic police driving classes between August and September 2022.
Graduation from the authorized driving school.
A photograph from February 2023 showing delivery of the physical license card to his home through the national postal service.
Additional Official Verification:
His family is currently attempting to obtain a formally signed verification letter and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the issuing authority in Pakistan.
Any advice, information about the Lithuanian legal system, or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated.

He maintains that the driver’s license is genuine and hopes to resolve the matter as quickly as possible so he can continue his studies and daily life without disruption
Questions
Forensic Examination vs. Official Verification
If he provides an Apostilled NOC and official verification from the issuing authority, is it likely that Lithuanian authorities will close the case before receiving the forensic laboratory results, or will they generally wait for the forensic examination to be completed?
Recovery of Passport and TRP
Given that he has already provided significant evidence supporting the authenticity of the document, is there a legal mechanism through which his lawyer can request the return of his passport and TRP while the investigation remains ongoing?
Lawyer Recommendations
Can anyone recommend an experienced English-speaking criminal defense lawyer in Vilnius who specializes in pre-trial investigations (ikiteisminis tyrimas) and understands the immigration consequences of criminal proceedings involving foreign nationals?

29FAnyone awake and feel like talking while I finish my chores?

29F, currently in the European time zone.
It’s close to midnight, and I have a bunch of household chores to finish, but I’m finding it hard to get started on my own.
If anyone’s awake and feels like chatting, I’d love some company while I get things done. You can talk about anything—your day, your thoughts, what’s bothering you, something exciting that happened, or even just rant about life.
The only thing I’d ask is please don’t make it a Q&A session 😅. I’d rather have a natural conversation than answer a long list of questions. Just talk to me like you would to a friend.
If you’re up and feel like talking, send me a message.
