Need Car maintenance advice

Hey Fitsters! I wasn't sure where to ask this and all 7 different mechanic shops I visited can't seem to understand what my issue is? Maybe I am speaking alienese to them, but hear me out lol

So I had 2 friends tell me that noise from shifting gears is normal wear and tear. Whether I put it in drive or reverse, or any gear for that matter, you can hear my Fit make crank noises. I believe crank is a good word to use? The car will also make "shifting" noises when slowly pulling off from parked, especially if I were to turn the wheel and then pull out of a parking spot (i.e turning out of a parallel parking spot).

Some additional context (probably won't matter in regards to this specific issue): The car drives beautifully. Doesn't rattle, except the back windows if I drive over rough terrain/LA freeways (maybe someone can give me advise on how to fix that too?) Lol. She glides smoothly otherwise, but tires need a little TLC. I'm planning on replacing tires soon.

I hope I am just being an overly cautious and paranoid owner, but I was hoping maybe you all could give me a bid of advice as to whether or not this is normal? And if it isn't normal, how to properly tend to the issue? I can try and take a video of it later (getting ready to take my afternoon nap right now lol) and capture the audio of it shifting.

Terribly sorry if I don't make sense... doing my best lol

My new (to me) 2013 Fit! 37k miles for 7k

Bought her back in March at 37k miles for $7k. Best condition I've seen a 2013 Fit in. Original everything! Purely bought and sold in the golden state of California ✨️ 🌞. Here are some pics of accessories I've added since purchasing her ♥️🩷🖤
