i’m 25f, been vaping for 4.5 years. i started at uni in tandem with cigarettes, usually borrowed from other people on nights out. then i started using my own vape, and the addiction grew from there…
i don’t know how it happened, but im now at a point where im vaping pretty much all of my waking hours. it’s the first thing i think of in the morning and the last thing i do at night. i do it all the time, whenever i can. the only time i don’t is at my desk when im working in the office. even then im thinking about when my next vape break is gonna be.
part of it is nicotine addiction, but i think even more so its just a habit/distraction to deal with boredom/anxiety. my hand automatically reaches for my vape without even thinking about it, even when its giving me a headache and it’s stopped tasting good.
i quit alcohol 6 months ago and smoke cigarettes very occasionally, but vapes are the big vice im struggling to cut down on. does anyone else have similar experience/any advice on how to reduce/quit vaping when you’re literally doing it all the time?
25f. i’ve recently had pain in the inner part of my left butt cheek, particularly when sitting which i initially thought was chafing.
i found a lump, it is a small red bump on the surface but feels like a pea-sized painful moveable hard lump under the skin. it’s about halfway down my butt cheek from my tailbone, near the butthole.
i’m planning to go to the doctor if the pain doesn’t improve but google led to me to this subreddit. so i know what im in for, does this sound like a pilonidal cyst or something else?
