My Plex laptop is connected to a router that is connected by a cat6 to my main router(I own both). Sometimes remote play works, sometimes it doesn't. If I bought a dedicated access point would I get a better remote connection? Should I just buy a switch and hardwire my laptop to the main router? What is the best option to not have to fumble with port forwarding and get better than occasional connection?
