New Roxon vs old Victorinox.

I think lots of people attach a small 58mm Victorinox to their keychain.

Does anyone else simply attach a house key to a 74mm Executive/Ambassador, an 84-85mm model (as the Alox Cadet here) or a 91/93mm model?

I use a little S biner so I can take the key off if it gets in the way of the tools on that side (file and flat head).

Packed out, I get 17" x 9" x 7.5". It's not a perfect box so I'd guess 14L not 18L. But certainly more than the advertised 10.5L.

Very confortable harness.

Lacking an external water bottle pocket as well as a luggage pass through.

This works well as a travel bag in at least two scenarios. First, if you are traveling with only a personal item. It does fit a 14" laptop.

Second, if you are 1.5 bagging with a backpack (on the back) and a sling (on the front). The backpack can handle a larger laptop, a water bottle and all your clothes, leaving the Insidious to handle your tech kit, dopp kit, and in flight essentials.

The Insidious has no problem fitting under any seat and leaves foot room on either side to spare.
