Lightweight, supportive daily trainer?

I've been a distance runner for over ten years now, and I think I need to switch shoes again. In high school, I ran in the Asics 2000s and Saucony Guides, and those were okay, but often too heavy. This was 2014-2018. I struggled with pain in my hip and knees if I didn't use shoes marketed toward overpronaters, so it was a trade-off. A few years ago, I tried out the Brooks Adreline GTS. The guiderails felt stiff to me, and I noticed some hip pain in longer runs. I think those were too stability focused. My most recent shoe has been Saucony Tempus. I asked the people at the running shoe store for something to still support my hips and knees while not being so heavy feeling. These felt really peppy at first, but the foam seemed to die pretty quickly. Other than that. It was a lighter shoe with no pain. Have these been phased out, though?

Tldr: need something that supports my hips and inner knees without feeling like bricks on my feet. 130lb woman, I run half marathons.

I created a design for a Facebook Event Cover. When I try to download it (tried png, jpg, and pdf), all of the text is missing! I even tried grouping all of the elements before downloading. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is it a bug? For now, I guess I'll just screenshot instead of download, but that lowers the resolution of my designs. I've been using Canva for years, and I've never had this issue.

(First image is a screenshot of what it's supposed to look like. Second is a screenshot of how it appears when downloaded.)
