Trouble Using Anniversary Device Credit

I received a $200 Anniversary Device Credit on Straighttalk. I placed the order with the automatic discount on my account, however I unfortunately entered my billing details wrong, which caused the order to fail. Now, after multiple times trying to talk to Straight talk on the phone and on chat, no one seems to be able to help me get that device credit back, or edit the payment on my initial order. There was no code for purchase, just an automatic discount applied on the original order.

Has anyone gone through anything similar? I'm incredibly frustrated, because no one seems to be able to help.
