This is the absolute worst airline experience in my entire life.
From being charged 80 dollars for my backpack, to HEY! We let you know if you're not boarded 20 minutes before the departure time, you're shit out of luck (Dont worry, they rebooked us to a bullshit 6 hour layover 600 miles away from your destination) I had a half a mind to cancel the fuck out of vacation and spit on their shoes. Ridiculous. I figured we had time for a beer at the bar because we were 40 minutes early for our 1:05 departure. Walk on up to thw gate at fucking 12:45, sorry. you're too late. it wasnt on any of the emails we sent you, or our stupid dog shit app you need to download. but on your boarding pass you've had for all of 20 minutes. Sucks to be our customer, doesnt it
