Third time trying to seat it and it's the last ball joint to replace . Upper passenger side. I guess I'll throw in the old one sadly until I get another. Or I'll try in the morning, been at this for 7 hours.
I did this video three days ago. Basically a cold start noise that only happens in the morning. Do you think tensioner also?
This spacing is annoying and I've reset the door, fixed alignment on hardtop and cannot get it fixed. I'm going to bulk the area with something. Router out the difference and repaint the whole thing anyways.

Remember it could be running better. These were .06 on the low and .1 in on the high. 4.0 05 tj was still working hard with all six being off.
