What AI app actually helped you remember conversations better?

One thing I didn’t expect from AI tools is how useful they are for memory, not just automation. I kept running into the same problem where I’d remember that something important was discussed in a meeting, but had no idea where to find it later. Random docs, screenshots, voice notes, Slack messages… total mess.

Lately I’ve been using Bluedot because it automatically keeps transcripts, summaries, recordings, and action items organized after meetings. The Claude integration made it even better since I can search across old conversations instead of manually digging through notes.

What AI apps are you actually using daily that solved a real workflow problem for you?
