Need help in overcoming my fear of math 😭

Hello all! I’m looking for some insights into how I can better study math as an adult. I am preparing for a competitive exam where I am expected to study high school level of math but I am really dreading it and I want to understand how I can get past my fear.

So in school, I was an intelligent student scoring near full marks in subjects such as History, Geography, Languages and Business Studies. I scored decently in math too, just not as good as other subjects.

Even now, when I think of doing math, I always end up rushing head first into questions, making silly mistakes, and I am unable to apply logic to solve questions, relying on memory instead.

I want to crack the art of studying math to ace this competitive exam. Please help me 😭

I’m a 28F working professional, planning on taking my exam in July / August. I’m stating the brief and would love someone in a similar situation as me:

Daily Commitment: 2-3 hours weekday / 5-6 hours weekday

Target: 320+

Weak Section: Quant

If interested, please DM me and we can figure out our study partner compatibility.
