What’s up with north Kirkland South Kenmore?
Seems slightly more “affordable” than the rest of the eastside. How are the schools, crime, amenities here?

Seems slightly more “affordable” than the rest of the eastside. How are the schools, crime, amenities here?
The previous owners installed a 12 kWh eg4 solar system. It is a grid tied system with net metering.

It only offsets maybe 60% of our yearly usage.
I am trying to get a gut check on whether it would make sense to overpanel. Our issue is in the summer months we push out hard but that’s only a few months a year. A new inverter is expensive and we don’t have the sun on the other side of the roof anyways.
