Anyone else required to give a 1 month notice when resigning? I will be putting in my notice in a few months and was curious what others experience is. I will hopefully be leaving on good terms, but my partners are petty as hell.

Edit: I did sign an employee contract that requires a month notice or else vacation won’t be paid out.
