Dunhills, 555**, Virginia Slims, just anything besides the typical gas station brands. All the smoke shops I've been to just have the same things. Just For Him used to have some but stopped selling.**

Anybody know where to pick up a copy of the Sunday New York Times? Barnes & Noble doesn't carry it anymore, and Hyvee only has USA Today.
You can't get Sunday delivery here due to lack of distributors. I would like to spread out a physical copy of the paper on the dining table and read articles/work through puzzles all day on Sundays occasionally. Any leads?
I’ve been around and I like to try new things but I feel like I’ve been everywhere and I’m just wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for some hidden or just kickass places to eat?
Hi,
we’re four guys, and we’ve put together Westminster’s restaurant scene in an app called Vota. The concept is simple: you see two places side by side (for example Famille vs. Kachina Southwestern Grill), you choose the place you’d rather go to, and the ranking updates instantly. The more people vote, the more accurate the list gets over time. There are still a few duplicates here and there, but I’m continuously cleaning up the data.
Here’s the iPhone version, with categories that actually fit Westminster’s food scene:
https://apps.apple.com/app/vota-restaurant-ratings/id6744969212
And here’s the Android version (finally live):
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.vota.app
P.S. I’m not from Westminster (I live in Gothenburg). I’m not collecting data, not selling anything, and the app does not use AI-generated content. I’m posting in a few different subreddits because we now support more regions, and I genuinely want honest feedback from people who actually know the area.
Looking for a caring tattoo artist to start working with that cares about their clients
The title says it all. I've been reduced to living out of my car. I need a place where I can park and sleep, hopefully for 8hs, without worrying about getting towed or harassed by security/cops. If you've got any personal experience in the matter please speak up. I know The Venues will let you park overnight if you get permission first, other than that I'm not sure.
Plz & Thnx
Hi! So some issues I've came across with a lot of hair salons in the area I'm in, is they tend to add a "feminine touch" to it. I want to look netural, not feminine. So is there anyone in the area that'd be good at that? I know Springfield is very diverse so for me it's the best option. I also have blonde streaks in the front, so I'm hoping I can get rid of it. I'm wanting my hair to be pretty short, but again, like I said, a lot of the salons in my area won't give me what I want. I'm also looking for a decently priced place that's good. Thank you!
Me and my bf were hunting for fireworks just for fun tonight and we found a random show and the whole entire price cutter parking lot was full (near roccos pizza & mc donalds) and there was people sitting in the grass by the road 😭 is this like an every year thing?
This is my first summer in Springfield, and my dog and I are both pretty frightened by fireworks (him more so than me). When do they typically stop in this area, especially at the baseball field? Just want to be prepared for how long my dog will probably go without going outside. Thank y'all in advance!
I have a few friends and we really like the idea of going birdwatching and getting into the hobby. Are there any Facebook groups or chats or whatnot that we can dip our toes into? Where should we start
Where are the good spots to go watch fireworks tonight in Springfield area?
Where is a good spot to tailgate and watch some fireworks tonight?
Hello Springfieldians! My name is Wyatt Thurston. I am a senior at Missouri State university, and will soon be graduating with a degree in Jazz Performance. If you've ever wanted to learn how to play the saxophone/ jazz, I'm your guy! My rates for lessons are $25 for 30 minutes or $40 for an hour. If you don't play a saxophone but want jazz lessons, no worries! I can teach jazz regardless of the horn you play. If you play keys, guitar, or drum set, I could get you in contact with some great instructors!
You can reach me through here, on facebook, or by email at wyatt.thurston@icloud.com
Thank you!
Considering going to a game coming up and wanting to do the premium all inclusive tickets and was wondering what was included on the buffet
My wife and I live by ourselves and wondered if there’s any free fireworks shows to attend?
More of an observation than anything as someone who didn't grow up around here, and writing this pretty drunk so hopefully it's coherent. I've been thinking about it all day. I'm a delivery driver in the Springfield area and today I found an isolated suburb at the edge of Rogersville by the water tower that has street names like Independence Dr, Declaration Dr, Patriot Place Dr, things like that. It also has a primary school right there on the side of the neighborhood. Just really odd to me, even as someone who's become pretty accustomed to seeing weird stuff on the job. I've delivered to newer suburbs all around the area for awhile now, and you can usually tell it's new because of the themed street names, but this was just a whole new level. I looked into it (which came first, the chicken or the egg) and it seems like the majority of the neighborhood was built in 2016-17, but the school as far as I can tell was built in 2008? I don't know if the heat was getting to me today or what, but I cannot stop thinking about how strange it was to me, from the layout of the neighborhood around the school to the street names. Anyone else know the area I'm talking about and has any context?
I'm going next week and I know they'll tell me everything then but I'm just anxious. Anyone here been there before or familiar with their program?
