New to this so not sure where to look. I want to try cooking a tuna steak. The recipes I’ve come across say you need a sushi grade cut of fish. Thanks in advance!

I am trying to become a better cook. A lot of the cookbooks I have call for ingredients that I don’t have access to in my small town. I figured one way to make better meals is to source better ingredients. But if that’s not feasible, how else can you elevate your cooking?

I couldn’t really tell from their website. I was just thinking about doing the certificate. I don’t need a degree, I just want to learn to be a better cook. Let me know if that’s a bad idea. I work 9-5 M-F

I’m talking about places that make their own sauces, use fresh produce, cook to order, bake their own baked goods, etc

I am going to a concert in September and I would LOVE to get a poster. I also have a standing room ticket and would like to be as close as possible. Are both those things possible? Could I get a poster after it’s over or do they sell out?

Does anyone know anything about this? When I drove by they don’t look open and their google page doesn’t have any hours but it does seem to have some reviews. Can’t find any info online

It might be my favorite Chinese restaurant in Springfield, but I never see people talking about it. The chicken is always fresh and crispy and the fried rice is simple but delicious. And it’s always the same workers and they’re always super nice and pleasant. Curious what everyone thinks who has been there? It’s right off the square
