Tried The New Chicken and Waffle Sandwich Today

Our local branch gave out sample sandwiches today for their BINGO event.  So, as you can see, a quarter of the sandwich.  What you can’t see is the bacon.  While I think this will be a winner, I will order it in the future with the spicy chicken.

New mayo?

Did Chick-fil-a change their mayo? My husband is super picky about it and said the mayo he got today tasted like Miracle Whip.

Breakfast platter

Why did you get rid of it? Last time i tried to order it, the cashiers looked at me crazy and had no idea what i was talking about. The manager was the only one who knew what i was talking about and had to inform the noobs. I remember when i first found out about it. It was an early morning on a Black Friday. You know when folks would line up all night, Walmart, the mall, and pretty much anywhere. I never heard of the platter and it wasn’t really advertised on the menu. Something like a secret menu item, so to say. I believe it had a chicken filet, biscuit, scrambled eggs, gravy, and tots(?) for $8. I still think about it from time to time.

does this coffee still have 2%?

I figured just cold brew, cane syrup, and caramel syrup would come black, so i’m wondering.

CFA by my work did a sample night tonight

The chicken and waffles were really, really, good. Like my tastebuds have tasted the glory of heaven. A little on the sweet side with the waffles, it’s not your typical sandwich. The s’mores shake was tasty but I will have to try a normal size and not just a sip to have full judgement. I don’t normally order milkshakes out of peach season but I will have to give this one a try. CFA, just go ahead and take my money, lol.

No points system ?

I see many people have an attendance point system at their chick fil a for example like 7 points for call outs etc does this mean we don’t use points but instead hours for example be being part time I only get In trouble if I reach more than the 17hours given is anyone else’s like this or am I completely wrong but I can’t find the point chart anywhere and if yours is like this as well if I use my sick time to call out (no drs note ) am I excused from the call out meaning no hours taken from me ? ( not scheduled for a few day and I need to know)

Why do they bring me my food while I’m still at the back of the drive thru line?

This might just be my location specifically, but pretty much every time I’ve been sitting in the drive thru where I only ordered a #2 meal, they’ll walk out and bring me my food with 4+ cars still waiting ahead of me. So I’m then stuck in the drive thru line for 5+ minutes watching all the heat leave my food, and I love the fresh hot fries so it truly pains me to know they lost pivot warmth while I was in the line lol.

It’s really not too serious just a minor complaint as I am currently sitting in the car with my meal in hand and no exit in sight, but I don’t get why they don’t just wait for you to pull up to the front before bringing out the food

Chick fila work place culture?

Is it different from location or the same?

I think we have a bad management or ownership if different

They are trying massive cost cutting with minimum working people and measuring food like mac and cheese for example. I don't see the point since we skip it during the prime time, which is negate the purpose of the process.

I want to get some idea about working culture from other places

Is there a good mobile thru etiquette?

There was a bigger line at the mobile thru compared to the drive thru, I feel like it shouldn't be a 1 for 1 with the drive thru cars. Do your stores have a method or just let guest figure it out themselves?

Haven’t received any free rewards in over a year.

Just lots of emails about family bingo events at the restaurant on the other side of town from my house.

I’m sure this is old, but it sure as hell is gold. For what it’s worth, I hate it when anyone says “my pleasure” - especially when it’s literally mandated by policy.

Rewards stacking questions

Hi all, couple questions on rewards / promotions:

  1. Can a member apply an offer to an item that is already discounted?
  2. Can a member redeem an offer and a reward in the same order?

Thanks!
