What are some of the best on menus around town? Any that are classics? Or maybe a restaurant doing something interesting?
I have been trying to research online whether there are any annual food festivals in or around Oaxaca that would be good to build a visit around. But I’m not having any luck, a lot of what I see online seems to be one-time events or small things that seem more like guided tours or independent businesses.

Does anyone know how common it is for ticketholders not to show at Hodgson?
I know they in theory open seats up 15 min after doors for no shows, but does that actually ever happen? Has anyone ever had any luck with that?
