A56 Enterprise edition - worth buying at a lower price?

I've found an Enterprise edition of the samsung galaxy A56 at lower price (340 €) of the consumer standard version (375€) on Amazon.

It's labelled as new.

Is it worth buying? I'm a personal user, so I won't register it for any company.

What should I be aware of?

Also I'm from Italy and on amazon there are a lot of option listed at about the same price, even if meant for the Turkish or Quatar market. Should I avoid these too? Any limit?

Looking for a free habit tracker with desktop - mobile (android) synch

As title says I'm looking for simple, possibly minimal and free habit tracker with desktop (online website) and mobile synch, since I usually prefer to avoid using my phone for productivity.

Any Android Emulator for Windows OS to make the app work on windows?

Is there any Android Emulator that can run the app on Windows os (es. 11)?
I've tried Mumu Player but it doesn't allow me to download the app.
Do you guys know any alternative solution?
I've tried the web extension but it haven't been updated since a long ago and I can select only the older trees to plant. It's so painful.
I absolutely need a desktop version of the app since I want to completely avoid having my phone around when I'm studying

Anxiety for big upcoming exam. Need help to not spend all my time playing on my phone and make consistent progress

med student here studying for a very important and difficult exam, but anxiety is hurting me so bad that I avoid studying and instead I find myself spending hours on a Pokemon game on my phone.
I'm a perfectionist too and this makes me so hard to reach my dealy goal, creating this loop:
I don't reach daily goal (ex. number of pages to study) -> the remaining time to study decreases -> axiety and fear of failure increases

What can I do to break this loop?
Do you know some app that could help me stick with my plans? I've tried Forest and Habitica before but they didn't work for me in the long term. I think that making consistent progress in a gamified app could motivate me to reach my real life goals.
Also often those app focus on time spent and not on real progress done in that period of time. My biggest issue is spending too much time on a single time that I don't have time left for the rest.
Any advice?
At the moment I've installed an AppBlocker to block the use of the game during study hours. Should I completely avoid the pokemon game and unistall the emulator?
