At the end of my rope trying to nurse elderly dog through recovery after anesthesia. Does anyone have ANY advice that could help me get him to eat please 🙏

My boy is a 16yo husky, 21.9 kg, currently on gabapentin twice daily, antinol plus and meloxicam for flare ups.

On Monday he went to his regular vet for a dental clean. Monday afternoon and Tuesday he seemed normal but on Wednesday everything went to shit, literally. He's had explosive liquid diarrhea and severe nausea that has turned him completely off food.

Two follow ups with regular vet and two ER visits later he's also on prokolin, ondansetron as well as an injection for nausea, but none if it seemed to help. Five days after initial symptoms he's finally vomiting and passing less but I'm pretty sure that's just because he has nothing in his system because he keeps trying. He's lethargic, can barely walk and I suspect a little dizzy and he will. not. eat. Apparently he doesn't need to be in hospital because he's hydrated and his vital are fine, which was a surprise given his condition but still a relief. Still, nobody can give me advice on getting him to eat other than circling the same bland food recommendations and to just infinitely try until something works. Is that really my only option? He's only eaten a few teaspoons of food in five days. Thank you in advance to anyone who takes the time to read.

Edit: grammar and info
