Aimtraining with ganglion cyst on my wrist

I have ganglion cyst on my wrist and if i place my wrist on the table it hurts, so what i do is, i place my hand at the edge of the table and i place my arm on the armrest, so my wrist is on the air. Playing like this i have no pain, but i need to play on high sens, ranging from 13cm/360 to 7cm/360. If i try to play on a slower sens, i start having pain after a while since i need to move my wrist a lot( Ive tried 16, 20, 30, 40). And this is all good tho, i for some reason have higher scores on some scenarios with 13cm than with slower sens, and in some scenarios with 7cm.

My issue is vertical movements, i have installed rawaccel with 1.80 x/y ratio, but idk if having that is bad for my aim in the long run. But honestly idk what other solution to go with. I have also tried playing on a slower sens and having on raw accel with mode jump for bigger movements but i still endup having pain. I have tried playing on donk's grip, but i endup having my whole arm exhausted and hurting a bit (i have only played for a couple of days)

I play fingertip on a glasspad with a moded viper v3 pro (cut in half). I am happy with my setup but idk if my setup is part of the problem or not

Does anyone have a similar issue? Or do you guys have any suggestions. I am down to try everything as long as i can play comfortably without pain

PS. I have higher scores on higher sens but tracking is all jittery, should i just play more or should i change something?
