Merhaba ben uzun senelerdir tf2 oynayan biriyim ve son birkaç yıldır pek girmedim.

Ege bölgesinde gayet normal ve şehir içi bir yerde yaşıyorum.

Casual'da 100 ping altı sunucu neredeyse bulamıyorum. Olmuyor. En popüler haritalarda (badwater, upward, dustbowl vb.) bile minimum 90 pingim oluyor neden bilmiyorum. Network configim de tamamen normal öyle saçma sapan komut kullanıp kendime ping yaratmıyorum yani, zaten configleri resetledim birkaç gün önce.

Eskiden böyle değildi, 50-70 arası değişen pingle sunucularda (casual'da valve'in kendi sunucuları) oynardım ve şimdi oynayamıyorum her oyun 100 ping üzeri, habire bağlantı sorunu diyor. Anlamıyorum.

Unfortunately, juggling creation and protection of my work simultaneously gets increasingly complicated as the amount of bad actors in the fandom grows.

We will encourage fan-content by creating guidelines on using our IP, but it will also mean that our lawyers will enforce more carefully against bad actors who go outside of the permitted boundaries. The guidelines will be published once ready.

I'm a little out of the loop. I did all the routes and pretty much everything in the game several months ago, I loved the game and frequently engaged in discussions as well, never played mods like tcoaar though. And I haven't played the game since then but I'm super excited for new content.

Who or what are these bad actors Nemlei is talking about here? Is she talking about people redistributing her old and now removed games, or just piracy?
