I'm not making enough at my current clinic, and my hours are being shortened. The money (or lack thereof) is stressing me out and I know the best thing for myself is to find a better paying clinic. But I've heard that my company is the best rated in the area, which scares me because I know the type of people we hire, and I don't want to leave my clients. That's the biggest thing. One of my favorite clients' mom requested that I specifically stay on his caseload when our cases were changing, and if I left I'd feel like I'm abandoning her... I don't know what to do.
