What is going on with the sudden high employee turnover at Longspeak Pub?
We have been going there almost every week since they first opened. The food has always been good, sometime exceptional. But the main thing that has kept us coming back has been the employees and the incredibly friendly and energetic vibe they all created.
Unfortunately, covid caused many of the original crew to find different employment. But since then, they have added a bunch of new people and almost gotten back to the original, pre-covid vibe. That is until this year. The turnover since last fall up until this past week has been dizzying.
Can any employees or other people somehow in the know explain what is going on? Is there something bad going on with the parent company?
