I received a Govee Table Lamp Pro 2 as a gift and love it, but about a week into owning it it started dimming on its own to 1%.

I’ve reset the device, removed it from my home and re-added it, tried controlling it via voice services and manually instead of the app, but same result no matter what. Any ideas? Govee can’t provide support because I received it as a gift and the person who gifted it doesn’t have the receipt (even though it’s brand new).
