Phainon owners: Would you pull Cerydra E1 or save?

I'd really appreciate some advice from other Phainon players.

I'm trying to decide whether Cerydra E1 is worth pulling mainly to improve my Phainon team, or if I'd be better off saving my Stellar Jades.

For context:

I own Phainon's signature Light Cone.
I already have Cerydra's signature Light Cone.
I also have the new Himeko's signature Light Cone.
I don't have Anaxa's signature Light Cone.

I've attached my roster so you can see my overall account.

I'm also considering New Himeko E1 or Anaxa E1, but my biggest question is whether Cerydra E1 is a meaningful upgrade for Phainon, or if the improvement isn't big enough to justify the pulls.

If none of these Eidolons are particularly impactful, I may just skip everything and save for Aventurine (Elation). I don't have an Elation DPS yet, and I'd like to pair him with Yao Guang, so saving could be the smarter long-term choice.

Given my account, what would you do? Is Cerydra E1 the best investment for a Phainon-focused roster, or would you save instead?

Cerydra E1, Anaxa E1, or just save?

I'm having a hard time deciding what to do with my pulls, so I'd love to hear your opinions.

Right now I'm considering going for E1 on the new Himeko, Cerydra E1, or Anaxa E1.

For some context:

I already have the new Himeko's signature Light Cone.
I also have Cerydra's signature Light Cone.
I don't have Anaxa's signature Light Cone.

I've attached a screenshot of my roster so you can get a better idea of where my account is at.

I'm also wondering if none of these upgrades are actually worth the investment for my account. If that's the case, I might just skip these banners entirely and start saving for Aventurine (Elation). I don't have an Elation DPS yet, and I'd like to pair him with Yao Guang, so that might end up being the better long-term investment.
