Eu comprei pelo site da Panini as figurinhas faltantes para completar o meu álbum (faltam 44) no dia 23 de julho, e até hoje (18 de agosto), o pedido continua em processamento. Já vai fazer um mês da minha compra e não recebi mais nenhum sinal dela.

Eu não consigo entrar em contato com a Panini, porque eles não têm email de contato e o WhatsApp deles não me responde. Mais alguém tá passando por isso? Meu album tá aqui em casa incompleto, acumulando poeira, enquanto eu espero indefinidamente.

Eu comprei no dia 4 de julho também o pacote de atualização, antes deles aparecerem nas lojas. Me arrependi, pois eu paguei mais caro com o frete do que se tivesse comprado em uma loja aqui da minha cidade, além de não ter que esperar pela entrega. Pelo menos eles chegaram, no dia 22/07, e no dia seguinte, eu comprei as figurinhas faltantes. Nunca mais compro nada no site da Panini.

I'm really sad to say my very first Anbernic device has been cursed with the vertical lines problem. I received it this morning, and I was having a lot of trouble earlier trying to flash MuOS onto a Samsung MicroSD Card. It just wasn't turning on with it. I didn't have much time, so I took it to work and then to a games store nearby so they could apply the screen protector that came with it, and by 4 PM, strange horizontal lines started to appear like those in the GBA filters, and the resolution seemed to drop by half after I opened an input testing app that came in the stock card. I don't know if that did anything or if it was just a coincidence.

I tried flashing Knulli onto my Samsung card, and it did boot, but sadly the lines are still there, so it's a display panel issue.

I bought it from "Anbernic Official Store" on Aliexpress. Should I try to return it and ask for a refund? Ask for a partial refund and keep it, and try to fix it? Maybe contact the seller and see if they can send me a new display?
