I'm not sure what's going on here. The leaves are constantly pointing downward, there's little white spots on the underside of the leaves and there has been a lot of small flies around the plant. Can you please help?
A friend of of mine gave me this plant clipping and seemed to be doing well but this morning I noticed this white stuff in the mulch. I'm not sure what it is or what to do about it.
