Almost zero G6PD

I everyone, good day.

I have been diagnosed with low G6PD (0.66). My age is 24.

Yesterday I have been to doctor. He told me there is no treatment. He also told me that I should be very careful with Malaria. If by chance I get it, within 2 days with excessive bleeding, I will be gone forever.

My mother was sitting beside me. I looked at her and couldn't hold my emotions. Due to this my bilirubin level is always high. It's been 2 days and I have completely depressed with this thought.

Is there any treatment for this condition?

When I was born, I underwent 2 times blood transfer due to hemolysis.

Need advise for up skilling

Hi everyone,

I am currently working at TCS and have around 1.5 years of experience. I joined as a Digital candidate and was expecting to get a development role, as informed by RMG during onboarding. However, things did not go as expected.

Although my project interview was based on Machine Learning concepts, I was eventually assigned to a UI Automation Testing role. In my current project, I mostly handle the automation work independently, while the rest of the team focuses on functional testing. At times, I also need to support functional testing activities.

I have a strong foundation in Java and previously worked with Spring Boot at a beginner level. But after spending so much time away from development, I genuinely feel like I have lost touch with my skills. This situation has become very frustrating and mentally exhausting for me.

I have thought many times about leaving the project, but the current market situation and allocation challenges inside TCS make it difficult. I have seen people remain on the bench for long periods or eventually resign due to lack of opportunities.

Now, I want to restart my preparation seriously and build projects again to strengthen my profile. I would really appreciate guidance from experienced people here.

Which tech stack would be better for long-term growth and stability in TCS — MERN Stack or Spring Boot/Java backend development? Since I already have a Java background, I am confused about whether I should continue with Spring Boot or switch to MERN for better opportunities.

I am feeling really lost at this stage of my career, so any genuine suggestions or guidance would mean a lot.

Thank you.
