Chair recommendation around 20-25K

I need a new office style chair. I have a budget around 20-25k.

Was looking to get something with arm rest adjustment. Decent seat and good back and neck support. I have minor lower back issues so good lumbar support would be great.

I'm a very short guy about 5'4 so most chairs are usually a pain to use.

I don't sit for super long hours but when I do have work or when I play games I sit for about 2 hours before I take a break and return.

So far I've only been using some cheap office chairs and all have broken on me so I need something reliable enough to last a few years.

It's confusing because I see a ton of cheap chairs and while they seem decent I worry about reliability.

Then there are "gaming" chairs, I have tried a few and they definitely are super comfortable but I hear they have a ton of reliability issues and breathability issues with the "fake leather". I've tried some fabric ones and I hear they are better but in hot weather they still get very sweaty. But the feature set is attractive. With the recline and leg rest. I don't really have a sofa or any other seating so my chair is multipurpose, I use it for TV, PC and deskwork.

People have recommended that I buy used high end office chairs. But I can't find any reliable source for it and used chairs always come with their cons.

Any recommendations are welcome. Thank you :)
