Any guesses as to what this smooth stone might be?

I've had it quite awhile; Google lense is offering many different kinds of crystals-wanted to see if I could narrow it down with anyone that has more expertise in here.

My clear quartz Merkaba has a yellow but in it. Is this natural?

When I opened this clear quartz Merkaba I saw a little chip with a bit of yellowing. Is this normal of genuine clear quartz? Is it indicative of a fake? What could the yellowing be?
