I'm diagnosed with schizophrenia, I have only had mild positive symptoms, but overwhelming negative symptoms  and depression. I have tried all antidepressants, a lot of AP's, lithium, ECT. No effect

Now I have been on clozapine for 22 days and I am now on 200 mg and plan to stay there and not increase dose.. It has an effect on my suicidal ideation and i'm a little less depressed, but the side effects started on 200 mg, primarily dizzines, feeling weak, and i don't know if i can live with it, it's really bad.

Do these side effects get less as time  goes by and I adjust to the medicine?
