Expected behavior is when I mouse over a link, the destination url will be displayed at the bottom of the page. This is currently happening. What setting do I need to fix?

I don't know how far the stake next to us goes. I was hoping the directory would show stake boundaries, but it does not. The meetinghouse locator will show me where the buildings are and which wards meet in the building, but not what stake they are in.
Any suggestions on where to find such a thing?

New to us home. HVAC works fine (heat pump). I was going to replace the thermostat that came with the house and put in something programmable (current thermostat is Carrier TC-NHP01-A). Opened it up to check what wiring I needed to be prepared for and found this.
So, do I stick with their wiring and treat blue as W and white as C, or do I need to go further back and see what is going on at the other end.
Given that it works, I'm leaning towards just rolling with what they have here, but I wanted to get a second opinion.
