Lately, my villagers have been mentioning how much it sucks that there is no special event in the near future or how the town should have a party or celebration soon. Some of them suggest that I should plan something. What do they want me to do? Is this actually a hint for something or just a usual comment?

I'm new to ACNL and I just unlocked the option to work on the Dream Suite. However, according to Nookipedia and other posts in here... there's not much you can do with it right now, am I right? If I did build it... what else could it be useful for, apart from being a pretty building?
