I’m quite annoyed that after a grease crayon got sucked up into the vacuum (sigh, kids) I cannot open it up to get it out. Because Shark uses torx security fasteners instead of something most people have.

if they can’t let me clean and maintain my product I bought from them, then they don’t deserve my business. Future buyers ye have been warned!

And the black streaks on my carpet will now be a perpetual reminder.

I let my guard down. Stopped masking so much. and not I’ve got it, my first infection. Immunocompromised etc so will see how this goes! Wish me luck.
