Is Vaush bad on health or do chatters just want attention?

I've made a post on okbuddy that touches on the same phenomenon but different subject when it comes to the community.

In Vaush's stream on Jun 25th the good chunk of the beginning was on overmedicalization of experiences and I feel like Vaush gives the chatters too much credit on how they receive information so I'll try my hand at explaining it with my own opinions.

When Vaush talks about overmedicalization he's not saying things like ADHD, ARFID, Autism, Bipolar, don't exist. In the conversation on ARFID he's not saying people who struggle with textures and taste dont exist he's saying that experience has existed since the dawn of time that it doesnt need to be classified as some unchangable medical issue. ARFID isn't like being born with a degenerative incurable bone disease, it's a process in the brain that can absolutely be improved upon like many other mental health conditions through time, effort, and patience.

Vaush's criticisms are simultaneously "a diagnosis should not prevent you from attempting improvement" and "you should not need a diagnosis to be treated with respect for the issues youre going through and to identify how to improve yourself and life".

Chatters are so stuck in a very capitalcuck thinking that they uniquely cannot function in society because of a disorder when the real issue is the systems in place enable a culture that does not respect others without systemic validity and that everyone is struggling in this system.

To rephrase some Vaush advice. With or without a diagnosis of something seek out resources available to you to identify your issues because it is always your responsibility to do what YOU CAN to improve your life, and with or without a diagnosis people should still respect the experiences of others.

My assessment of this community when it comes to discussions on responsibility and accountability in a capitalist society can be summarized in a quote by renowned philosopher Alex Jones, "Liberal Liberal Liberal Liberal".

TL;DR: chatter's cognitive abilities are like the one piece.
