Thinking of making a switch

I currently own a 2020 Challenger Scat wide body, I love the car to death but I think it's slowly killing me financially. It's ridiculously expensive to upkeep and the fuel costs are getting out of hand. I recently bought a K4 for my wife and honestly it's one of the best driving experiences I've had in a car and it got me thinking, would the K5 gt give me the thrill of spirited driving while saving significantly on gas, tires, brakes, literally everything? What are the insights from K5 gt drivers? Anyone here maybe made a similar switch?
