I have a chapel, bell tower, dorms, kitchen, refectory, scriptorium, and hospitium, all connected. Separately, but part of the monastery are cloister, grange, and food production. I was able to promote one monk and nun using manuscripts. This been going for a long time, but there's no hosteller assigned. The hospitium is connected and has its own external entrance.

I've Googled, but some of the information seems to be from earlier versions of the game. Any ideas?
