Just got rejected from my last program 😛 might be cooked yall I only have hospital volunteering, cna classes, and work this summer and im going into senior year it’s GGs.

So I’m a current junior rising senior and here are my stats:

Act 25 with a 32 on science taking it again in June (this is my biggest hang up I think)

Internships/ certifications: cna, basic healthcare certification, month long paid summer internship with hospital chain, month long semi virtual internship with same hospital company last fall.

Positions: 9th grade year- 9th grade director Junior Civitans
11th grade year- public relations coordinator junior Civitans and secretary for beta
12th grade year (we already voted for next years position for jc)- Vice president for Junior Civitans and hopefully president of Beta

So I have a teacher that acts like a career coordinator/ helps kids with finding internships and scholarships. She has favorites as any teachers do but the thing is me and one of my really good friends are tied academically and overall have the same ecs and goals ( we both wanna go into the same field and she has been offered internships that I haven’t but it’s not the fact of she offered them to her and not me but for other students she have like 4 of her favorite and and helping them get internships to senators and then a guy I know was trying to get help finding an engineering internships and another student asked her

about engineering the day after and she told the popular guy about one that basically guarantees him a scholarship and not the other kid. Maybe I’m thinking to much into it but its hard to prepare for college and things when you have people actively against you. And by that when she found out I was current valedictorian and not another girl she visible looked at the other girl and said oh 💀 I prob looking to much into but thanks for listening to my rant!
