State admitted they charged me with 8 felonies when they should have been misdemeanors. (States answer to Post Conviction Relief)
Location: Indiana I'm proceeding pre se in PCR I was facing 8 level 5 felonies battery on pso and a level 6 resisting. Plead out to the level 6 resisting 2.5 years DOC. I said my plea was illusionary and involuntarily and that my counsel was ineffective I also amended my petition to include my charging information on the level 6 resisting never included an injury it only states I allegedly caused bodily injury by ; "describe injury"
