I was in class today and instructor said at the end “happy July 4th to those who celebrate, I personally don’t celebrate but good for you if you do”

Like get the fuck out of here. No one asked you to be in America if you don’t like it! Also didn’t ask to take a class and hear about your views

I know someone else’s body is none of my business. But as someone who’s recovered from an eating disorder (literally went to inpatient treatment and therapy etc) it really makes me sad to see certain people come to class. I know sometimes people are genetically realllly skinny and I’m not talking about those people. but I have a radar when it comes to eating disorders. there’s one girl who comes to class and she looks like she’s deep in her ed. She takes every amplification and looks exhausted. As someone who used to have an ed, I was super competitive . Her body is also very much an ed body. And I’ve taken class next to her, and saw her looking at my springs. If I had one grey she looked, and then added a white to her grey. If I went on hands and toes, she copied me. It honestly just makes me sad, because it’s a serious illness and wish I could help her. Also just feel like there’s so many people that come to solidcore with an ed in general.
