I have a smartphone with balance OS on it which is great. But I still would like to try Cal Newport's idea of docking the smartphone so it isn't on me at all times. The only thing I am worried about is missing text messages. Does anyone have a recommended way around that? Is there a dumbphone I can link to it or something?
I have been doing cold plunging on and off for years but have just got my own plunge at my house for the first time and started doing them daily.
I am finding after I do it in the morning, I am sleep and really hungry all day. Does anyone else experience this or have advice to prevent that?
I really would love an eink laptop that I can run windows on. At the moment, you can really only buy monitors and attach them separately. You can also get a lenovo that has an eink screen. But I need to not have any way of using the regular color screen, otherwise I will just use that.
Does anyone know if it is possible to completely disable the regular screen on the Lenovo?
Or is it possible to replace my current laptop screen with an eink one? If so, where would I get the screen?
