Hello. I woke up this morning and had strange spots on my tongue. Can anyone tell me what this is? I am male, 31 years old, and a non-smoker. I do not take any medication.

I woke up this morning and had strange spots on my tongue. Can anyone tell me what this is? I am male, 31 years old, and a non-smoker. I do not take any medication -only vitamins and creatine when exercising.
