HCDE grad programs.

I am currently a fourth year in the HCDE program and am looking into options for after graduation. Job market is looking a pretty bleak and I haven’t gotten an internship so I am considering going back to school. I would like to stay at UW if possible but not sure which grad program to look into. I am interested in UX research so would want to go to a program related to that if possible. Any advice is welcomed.

Rash on my forearm and in a Foreign Country, Need Help!

Currently am in Taiwan and developed this rash on my arm. At first thought it was a bug bite but it turned into a bunch of small bumps on in one spot. Super itchy and has not gone away after couple of days. I did not want to go to hospital over this since I don’t know how health insurance works here but will if it is serious.

Could anyone tell me what this could be?
