Shedding tail or rot?

This is Mustard. He is a Yellow Niger Uro and i am a first time Uro owner. I am unsure if this is just shed or if his tail is rotting? I have read that it is possible if their humidity is too high and their shed gets stuck. His humidity is at 20%, and i have 2 humidifiers, one in my room next to his tank and one reptile humidifier in his tank to assure it is not too wet in there for him! I have looked up photos of tail rot and every photo online seems to be very extreme, and i want to make sure that he is taken care of or if he does have it that i am catching it early!! I also clean his tank of food and poop every other day as it is usually not dirty enough to be cleaned every day! Thank you!
