I managed to get through 7 days of no caffeine but tonight the baby was waking up every hour and so did I. Any tips from baby parents who managed to pull this off while also getting 4 hours of broken sleep?
Tylenol and advil helped manage it for me.
Also took away that almost like hangover feeling. I’m on my second day today. Feeling much more calculated in my decision making at work, which is the main goal for me.
I’ve been wearing my Instinct 3 while sleeping for the past 5 month at least, but it says I don’t have any health metrics. Anyone encountered this?
