How do you remove your makeup?

i use a tinted sunscreen that’s long lasting (every day) and I feel like cleansing with just a gel cleanser isn’t enough.. i'd really like to start using a makeup remover first.
just to clarify, I have oily skin that’s prone to blackheads, fairly dehydrated cheeks, and type 1 and 2 rosacea.
for those of you in the same situation as me, what makeup remover do you use? thx!

my nose gets bigger during flare-ups

I had a major stress induced flare up earlier, my cheeks and nose started to flush as usual, but my nose almost doubled in size... It might sound ridiculous, but has anyone else experienced this? Is it common ?

toners and type 2

Every time I tried to use a toner to give my skin some extra moisture, it reacted with small red bumps. Is that normal

Am i doing something wrong ?

Here’s my current skincare routine:
In the morning, I just spray on some thermal spring water, then apply my mineral SPF from Mixsoon.
In the evening, I double-cleanse with Bioderma crealine micellar water followed by a gentle cleansing gel. Three times a week, I use azelaic acid, then my ultra-sensitive moisturizer from Eucerin.
